FortiSPY
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using FortiSPY, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and be a parent, guardian, or other person with lawful authority over every supervised child and device.
2. Authorized supervision only
You may install or activate FortiSPY only on devices you own or are legally authorized to supervise. You are responsible for notices, consent, and use required by applicable law. You must not use FortiSPY for stalking, harassment, intimate-partner surveillance, employee surveillance without a lawful basis, credential theft, or any covert or unlawful monitoring.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials and pairing tokens confidential, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require verification, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect users, children, the service, or the public.
4. Service features
Features depend on the plan, operating system, device permissions, network connectivity, and platform restrictions. Reports may be delayed or incomplete. FortiSPY assists parental guidance but does not guarantee prevention or detection of every harmful event and is not an emergency service.
5. Subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, included devices, and plan features are shown before purchase. Payment is handled by the displayed provider. Renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are described in our Subscriptions & Refunds Policy. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. FortiSPY and its software, design, trademarks, and content remain owned by FortiSPY or its licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful household supervision.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful monitoring, abuse, security risk, material breach, or legal requirement. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, FortiSPY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, unauthorized use by an account holder, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to legal@fortispy.com.
