Acceptable Use Policy

You must

• Have legal authority over every enrolled child and device.
• Give notice and obtain consent where applicable.
• Use monitoring proportionately for a child’s wellbeing and digital safety.
• Secure your account, pairing tokens, reports, and exported information.
• Respect court orders, custody arrangements, and applicable privacy, surveillance, employment, and child-protection laws.

You must not

• Install FortiSPY secretly on a spouse’s, partner’s, adult’s, employee’s, or third party’s device.
• Use the service for stalking, coercive control, harassment, blackmail, discrimination, or retaliation.
• Intercept credentials, communications, cameras, microphones, or content beyond enabled and clearly disclosed FortiSPY features.
• Bypass security, probe the service, introduce malware, scrape data, resell access, or impersonate another person.
• Upload, seek, retain, or distribute illegal or exploitative child content.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful investigations. Report abuse to abuse@fortispy.com. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
