Our commitments
- We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, and content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
- We do not sell children’s data or use it for behavioral advertising.
- Parent accounts control child-device enrollment; children do not purchase plans or operate public profiles.
- We limit internal access to monitoring information through role-based authorization and security controls.
- We review credible reports, preserve relevant evidence where lawful, remove prohibited content or access, and report to appropriate authorities when required.
Responsible family use
Parents and guardians should explain supervision in age-appropriate language, collect only what is necessary, regularly review permissions, protect account credentials, and avoid monitoring that is excessive, punitive, or contrary to a child’s safety and applicable rights.
Report a concern
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection services first. Report exploitation, grooming, unauthorized monitoring, or other safety concerns to safety@fortispy.com. Include only information needed to investigate; do not email illegal imagery.
Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, revoke device access, retain evidence as legally required, and cooperate with law enforcement or child-protection organizations. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in action.
